Registration Dates and Rates

(Rates include: conference presentations, breakouts, panels, workshops, and t-shirts for all attendees.  Meals included during the conference weekend: Friday morning grab & go breakfast, Friday lunch, Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner.)

Hotel reservation is not included in conference registration and must be booked separately.

Registrations that need to be cancelled will be refunded, less a $25 administrative fee, until May 31, 2026.  After May 31, 2026, no registration refunds will be issued.

Early Bird Registration: October 1, 2025 to November 30, 2025

Adult (13+):  $450
Child (4-12):  $175
Pre-K(1-3):  $50

Registration: December 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026

Adult (13+):  $500
Child (4-12):  $225
Pre-K(1-3):  $50

Late Registration: May 1, 2026 to May 31, 2026

(No registrations accepted after May 31, 2026)

Adult (13+):  $550
Child (4-12):  $275
Pre-K(1-3):  $100

Child Care:  $75
